On the Mixed Methods Designs in Language Education Research

With the broad application of mixed methods in social sciences, methodological designs language education research has grabbed growing attention from scholars. This paper examines use empirical studies on 2016 to 2020 four International journals. Grounded Creswell’s (2018) theory, core design method is further illustrated, expected render some enlightenment for future linguistics and researchers.
